The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby shopping malls. Additionally, the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay.

One downside of the hotel was the softness of the mattresses, which made it uncomfortable for some guests. Another negative aspect was the slow dinner service, despite the low number of guests.

The staff at this place were incredibly helpful, despite the language barrier, and they even assisted us in organizing taxis. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a variety of options to suit all tastes. We were also impressed with the comfortable beds, ensuring a good night's sleep. The pool was a nice addition to our stay, although the mandatory swimming hat rule was a bit inconvenient. we were extremely satisfied with our experience at this venue and would definitely return if we find ourselves in the area again.

The safe in the room didn't work properly, and some staff at the reception were impolite. the temperature control in the room was also a bit of a problem as we couldn't adjust the AC to heat up the room during the cold nights.

During our Easter break, we stayed at a hotel that offered two complimentary drinks per day and free Wi-Fi in the rooms. The hotel was in a very central location, close to many restaurants and shops which was very convenient. In addition, the breakfast buffet had a wide range of options to choose from, which made for a great start to the day.

On the downside, the hotel staff did not provide city maps and we were not informed about the extra deposit required upon check-in. The staff was unable to help us with travel arrangements and did not mention that there was a travel agency on-site.
